Self Reliance Illustrated
Thought I would post about this, in case not everyone new.
Dave Canterbury, from Dual Survival, in association with Blind Horse Knives, Have started producing a bi-monthly magazine. Available as a PDF, you do not have to pay postage etc and is only $30 US.
I subscribed and have the first issue, seems like it may be going in the right direction.

Beware I priced getting this printed like a Magazine and was going to be about $80 odd.

Update, I bought the online version and a hard copy has just turned up on my Doorstep. So good to not have to read it on the computer, I hope this keeps happening.
