Just finished reading it. Great book, reprinted 30 times. I like the way the author showed Brian's way of thinking changing and adapting to be able to survive. I see there is a series of books now. Have you read any of the others?

A Brian is on a trip in a small sea plane, but the pilot has a heart attack and dies and Brian has to land the plane in a lake. He then has to survive on his extremely (extremely) limited knowledge and manages to make his way back to civilisation. I really enjoyed the book, it is one of the best 'stories' about survival I have read.
