World Stove design - wood gas stove.

Just tried the world stove design that Stephen Coote posted about a few years back and it works like a charm.

I wanted a more bullet proof inner tin that was a bit thicker than a fruit tin can so i managed to find a smaller nesting styled Stainless Steel chopstick holder at a $2 store and surprise to my eyes, it was pre drilled with drainer type holes ( although vertically so could be too much air flow ) and nestled nicely inside a stainless steel coffee tin.

Hi Kesate.  A couple of us, so far, are interested in Navigation Practice, possibly around the summer holiday time. Is that something you would be interested in mate?

If so, would you be ok to go on the Bushcraftnz site and reply to the Blog I put on yesterday? That will get seen by more people and help drum up more interest. Thanks heaps mate. Dave

Hi Kesate. Sorry for the very late reply mate. I have been out of circulation for awhile. My weekends belong to my temporary job so I only get out in the bush on the odd 1/2 day once in awhile. I am expecting a new job soon and more weekend time. Some time in summer would be good to do a bush outing mate. How about you? I have learned not to promise too early though because I am still a bit fluid at the moment.
