Cheers Ryan,
I bought the blank shafts on line.
The feathers are peacock primaries (which turned out to be excellent fletching material- pretty stiff and very robust).
The fletches are just tied down with linen binding but this has been sealed with a waterproof woodglue.
I cut the string nocks with a hacksaw blade and used a round file to from them.
They fly pretty straight and are easy enough to repair (I managed to 'robin hood' one and had to fix the nock end which split- but only as far as the binding).

I'm not an archery buff but those look pretty awesome to me. Did you make these? Are glued as well? What kind of feathers?

Very nice
