Possum Diner.

My First Possum dinner, I was going to make a curry but that would cover the taste,

So I pan fried it, then in the Oven for 30mins on 180c.

A little covering with herbs.

A very out standing taste, will be on the menu more often.

Hay Rob, Not this one, but going out in the morning trapping, hoping to get one (more) on Friday, one of them will be my lucky dinner.
Will let you know, but god they sell better than rabbit.
