My name is Mark. I followed a linky from Stephen Cootes stove post. I have had the privilege to have been enjoying Stephens bushy book over the last few years. With my wife, two daughters(15 and 20) and my young nephews.
We have pretty long and harsh Winters here in western New York, along the shore of Lake Erie, so we spend as much time as possible out of doors. Camping, hunting, rafting, sailing a friends catamaran and many other outside activities.
I spent a large part of my young life in very remote wildernesses in different states and have always enjoyed primitive and traditional get togethers, trekking, stone tool and rendezvous.We also have fun at local pirate festivals and medieval re-enactments:)
We are avid lovers of LOTR and really fell in love with NZ when we watched the beautiful vistas and country that you have.
I hope to contribute something to what is a very nice place and thanks for the warm welcomes:)
